We can ship to virtually any address in the world.
Domestic
There is a flat rate shipping fee of $15.00aud. In Australia look at https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track/#/search
International
The flat rate for international orders is $30.00usd for orders. In the US for example you should look at https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackAction
Courier
We use Australia Post for all orders shipping to both residential and business addresses.
Packaging
All supports are shipped in cardboard tubes clearly marked and addressed.
Time Frames
Once your order leaves us you will be advised of tracking information and a link to the shippers website. Unfortunately, we’re at the mercy of the shippers. Please check their website for expected delivery times.
We’ll do everything possible to assist and make sure you get the goods you’ve bought! We will always try to deliver our products to you as quickly as possible.
Australia post advises that it can take 10-15 working days for shipment to arrive.
Returns Policy
We give a 30 day money back (less original shipping cost) guarantee, when the BrassSupport is returned, if you are not satisfied with your BrassSupport Stand.
If the goods you receive are found to be damaged or defective, these may be returned to us within 30 days, in the original packaging, for replacement.
Before sending any goods back, please email including images of the damage. We take great care when packaging your order so we ask you do the same when returning anything to us.
